Overall this experience was very good. From the initial call, in home estimate, bid presentation and scheduling of the work, Andrew's customer service was above and beyond most that I've experienced. The work was done timely and of the highest quality. There was one snafu with the dishwasher that I had installed that could have been caught if a test run was done. There was a manufacturers defect in the dishwasher wich caused the pump to leak water from the dishwasher through the hole that went in to my basement ceiling (unfinished ceiling). This caused water to leak on to items in my home office and cause some light to moderate damage to these items. I called immediately upon noticing the problem (at 6:30pm) and they promptly came out, investigated the issue, apologized, and made plans to take the dishwasher back and replace it with a working model first thing the next day. They were willing to work with me on the price of the project for the items damaged by the water leak. The work completed was all in my kitchen: - New Countertop - New cabinet installation - New faucet installation - Dishwasher installation - New Light Fixture installed Despite the one minor hiccup, I am convinced that for any future project they will be my first and quite possibly only call. My kitchen now looks like a kitchen you would expect to see on an HGTV show.

Andrew showed up as scheduled for the estimate and had the numbers to me within 24 hours. We were able to schedule the work within the next week. John showed up on time as scheduled and did a fantastic job on all the work. Cleaned up after himself each evening and left no mess behind. We will be hiring Homeworx again in near future and just need to get the work scheduled.

I contacted this company after waiting for another company's estimate for 6 weeks and never receiving it. Homeworx gave me an estimate range within the first email contact from Andrew. Then we set a time to have the storm door installed. Unfortunately, at the time the storm door was to be installed we were have a very cold rain storm. The contractor still showed up and met with me. We discussed the issue due to the weather and decided that it would be better to wait for the rain to stop either later that day or the next day. I was going to have to leave to go to work, so the contractor took the storm door with them so that they could stop back and install it should the rain stop. It did not stop enough on the original day, but the next day was better weather. While I was out the next day, they showed up and installed my storm door beautifully. I looks and works wonderfully and I thank them for their prompt response to the initial contact as well as working with me to get the job completed.
