12/2 They were very patient with me during the decision making process, offering options and very willing to let me bring others into the showroom to help me make my final decision. An employee came out and made a template of my counters, island, and wall and was very professional. On the day of installation, three great guys were out. Their plumber took care of those needs, and they helped me with explaining what was happening. In 1 1/2 days my kitchen was transformed from ordinary to beautiful. I cannot be happier with the work, the looks, and especially the people I worked with. This was alot of money for me, but I am not at all disappointed with my decision and loved working with everyone at this store. I recommend them to anyone thinking of changing the appearance of their kitchens or baths. Fantastic.

Granite Transformations has great products and it has held up well. My only complaint is that I cannot tell when the countertop is dirty or not because it is a great color.

I am very pleased with the service, the quality of the product, the workmanship and professionalism of the installers and plumber. They provided an estimate based on detailed measurements they took at my home. Once I signed the contact -- putting down half the estimated amount -- they scheduled someone to come and do a template. That took about two hours and was quite detailed. The installation itself, two weeks later, took most of a day and went very smoothly. The elapsed time from when I signed the contract until the completion of installation was about 7 weeks. This option is a bit pricey, but the product is excellent and you avoid all the mess and time of tearing out existing countertops. Based on all the research I did into all the options, I think the price may compare favorably to completely new solid-surface countertops, and it is less that complete replacement with granite. There were also no financial surprises; the amount I paid was what they quoted.

It looks fabulous. They were excellent and they were here when they said they would be for the estimate, measuring, and installation.
