We appreciated that Matt and Brent were who we met with from the very beginning to discuss the project and they were the ones doing the work as well. So they understood exactly what we were looking for. they exceeded our expectations with a delivered product. Our covered deck is exactly what we had hoped for. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a home project.

The deck and pergola project went smoothly. They are very easy to talk to and did a very professional job. I would recommend them! My interior kitchen tile, new sink and faucet project is very professional. The work seemed to go smoothly, on time and no delays! I would hire again!

Matt and Brent were great to work with. They took on our project of rebuilding our covered deck. They engaged the city regarding the permit process, were informative throughout the process, very personable, their attention to detail was shown in their work and were on budget.

Although this company came in with the highest bid, they spent the most time with us discussing options, where we can save on cost, time frames and permit info. Now that said we are still waiting for the project start, due to unforeseen circumstances we have a delay on the project. Matt and Brent answered all our questions and kept us informed.

These were the nicest guys to work with and everything went great for the most part. We did a full basement finish with a bedroom. Our first project with a contractor and weren’t quite sure how everything should work. We did get or sign a contract everything was on our/their word which I would do differently next time just to keep expectations clear, we didn’t really have any issues from that though I wasn’t sure if I was reminding them of things or they just hadn’t gotten to them yet, but they did everything they said they would plus. The basement looks awesome and we are very happy. Just a few last minute touch ups on the walls that I’m going to redo myself I’m pretty picky. These guys showed up every time they said they would which was the most impressive. They got back with me on every text I sent by next day and they couldn’t have been a nicer. I don’t know how their costs compare, they were in our price range and we really liked the guys so we went with them. Very happy with how it all turned out.

We used F and F Construction to help repair and replace boards, spindles, and steps at our Urbandale home on 158th street. Brent and Matt were fantastic in getting the job done quickly and did quality work. We talked for awhile after the job was finished. They are easy to talk with and know what they are doing. We had multiple bids prior to going with Matt Fowles and Brent, but we could not have been happier with our decision to move forward with F&F. They were great to work with, easy to communicate with and they even put up with possibly the hardest person on earth to do work for (me)... sorry guys! We had a great experience with F&F construction! They installed a wood privacy fence in 2 days! Fence looks great, and the guys are a pleasure to chat with! I would 100% recommend!!

These guys showed up on the date they promised, they removed my old deck and replaced it with a fantastic Cedar Tone Treated wood deck with metal spindles. Their workmanship and professionalism exceeded our expectations. The finished product is amazing and their price was very fair. They adjusted well to a few changes, like addition of a doggy gate at the top of the stairs with no problems. They also finished in the time they allotted for the project. And when they left everything was cleaned up and the surrounding yard was spotless. I recommend them highly for any project you may have!
