Hired to install windows and assist in remodeling two bathrooms by tearing out bathtubs and inserting new ones. After agreeing to have him do the work he requested money up front so he could order the windows. I gave him the money and he said the windows would be in within two weeks. Then, after MUCH delay, and many excuses for why he couldn't come as scheduled, the day he finally showed up to start work on the remodeling of bathrooms he disappeared and left his workers stranded here. His workers said he had a "family emergency" and they would be back the next day to finish the work. They never came back, never called, Matt Elsberry never answered his phone. I hired a lawyer to attempted to get my money back or my windows, but after being released from Jail, Matt Elsberry was no where to be found. I am now out the money and am stuck with rotting windows. DO NOT HIRE HIM! I am not alone in his recent scams!!

Matt gave me a good estimate to remodel a bathroom and asked for half up front. I gave him $1400 and he started demolition of the old bathroom. Pretty soon he started making excuses why he couldn't be there, or he'd show up and do a little bit of work, then leave. He had not delivered any of the materials he wanted the up front money for. After dealing with this for 2 months, I asked him to deliver the materials or refund my money. He made promises, but never carried through. Haven't seen or heard from him now for over a month. I've since hired someone else to complete the work.
