Great company, on time, professional, reasonable cost, very good company. I would recommend this company, and will use them again. You can't find a better construction company for a remodel or general building.

My wife and I wanted to construct a 3 season porch that tied into our home on an existing deck. We contacted Dunlap construction to discuss what we wanted, and determine if they could complete the work. They came at the agreed upon time (unlike several other companies that never showed up). Dan Dunlap listened to our ideas, made suggestions, and addressed our concerns. He provided a proposal and bid within 48 hours. His proposal was specific about the start and completion dates and how he intended to complete the job. We also added some skylights on our existing roof, new windows and some siding. Dan and his building partner Ben handled the building permit, arranged for an electrical subcontractor, and started the project on the agreed upon date. They explained to me everything they did every step of the way. They cleaned up everyday and hauled away their own trash. They finished the job very nearly on the date they had said they would. These guys are sensitive to how intrusive a project like ours can be on a homeowner, and always were respectful and courteous.The quality of their work in all aspects was superb and the finished job was even better than we had hoped for. I trusted them both to take care of my home, and they did. Dunlap Construction did a quality job for a reasonable price. I can't tell you how many times they said "We aren't happy unless you're happy". My wife and I are very happy. In the beginning of the project they were just professionals we had hired to do a job, but by completion we considered them friends. Rest assured I highly recommend Dunlap construction Inc. and would use them again.
