Frank arrived early. He was friendly and listened carefully to what my problem was and where it was. He then made a recommendation and gave options for treatment, one-time or quarterly. I chose the one-time treatment which had a 90-day guarantee. He was thorough and very professional. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use again and recommend this company to others. Jason was fantastic!! He explained everything to our understanding and answered all of our questions. Assured us our pets would be safe after everything dried. He determined we had quite a few ant nests around the house and yard and under our sidewalk. By the afternoon after Jason sprayed we couldn't see any more ants busy trailing across the concrete and house. I checked today and still no visible ants. We are quite happy!!!! This is a great place to do business with. You will not be disappointed

They come every quarter, we have it set up so that they come and I don't have any creepy crawlies in my house.

June of 2013 I bought a 1926 home that had been inhabited by an elderly person who wasn't able to do much maintenance or cleaning allowing the silverfish and spider populations to thrive. During the renovation prior to moving in I was killing about 5-7 spiders a night including one I thought was a brown recluse. I was a wreck after that and too scared to move in. I called Diam in a panic and they sent out Jason the next day. Jason did an excellent job of inspecting my property inside and out and explaining the habits of brown recluses and their distinct web style. He did notice a lot of cellar spiders but assured me that he didn't see any brown recluse webs. He put down traps in likely spider traffic areas and said he would come back in 30 days to inspect the traps to see which types of spiders were present just to make sure. He sprayed quite liberally around my exterior foundation and all around the house and walk in attic area and told me to call them before the 30 days if I was still having problems and advised that I download their free Diam Pest app on my smart phone so I could send them pictures of any weird spiders or other pests. I felt so much better after his visit that I was able to move in. He came back 30 days later to do a follow up spray and trap check. Traps contained a couple varieties of cellar spiders but no brown recluses. I also noticed a signifcant reduction of spiders. After the 1 month followup spray there were none. This exceeded my expectations as all the research I did online in old house forums said that spiders were difficult to control. I was so pleased I decided to go on a quarterly contract. Since then I have had two maintenance treatments at $89 a pop and I haven't seen a spider in the house in months. Worth every penny! I really appreciate that they send reminders and follow up calls to confirm the quarterly maintenance appointment. I also like that they send the same representative to my house each time.

We contacted Diam due to multiple yellow-jackets entering the interior of our home in the living room area. The Diam representative inspected our home and noted several yellow-jacket nests in the gutters around the home, and advised that spraying for these would eliminate the issue. The Diam representative was unable to determine how the yellow-jackets were specifically entering our home's interior, stating that they could be entering through a number of cracks or the fireplace in the living room which was around where we were finding them. He stated that eliminating them on the outside would take care of them on the inside. As a result we went forward with the proposed service and had them spray the exterior of our home. After having the service performed we noted multiple yellow-jackets entering our home in the vicinity of the living room fireplace. Upon closer inspection by myself it appeared the nest was in fact located in the fireplace above the damper and near the chimney. I was disappointed that the service did not solve our issue given that I accurately described where the pests were being found in our home to the Diam representative, and because he stated they specifically they could have been entering through the fireplace prior to performing the service. As a pest professional I would have expected him to locate the source of the problem based on the symptoms I described, and as a result I can not give an overall positive rating. We now have to take care of the issue ourselves and are out the cost of the exterior spraying.

It's been two weeks now and we have not found any more spiders inside. We have used Diam before and they have always been very professional and have done great work.

I called Friday morning after finding a number of very small bugs in our bathroom. The lady who answered was very pleasant and was able to get someone (Lance) to come out that morning. Lance was great in explaining the type of bug we had and what likely caused us to have them. He was very thorough in going through what he was going to do and what I should expect as results. As a result of living in a new construction area bugs are always on the move due to new digging so Lance explained the quarterly program where they come out and spray so we thought it was a good idea as we always seem to be killing bugs. It's been four days now and it definitely seems to be working.

Called on Friday, Technicians came out on Monday and were early for the appointment. 1 treatment and all the bees are gone. Have not seen a live bee since the day after the treatment.

He did an awesome job soaking the ground all around the house,windows,trees,and garage! He was very professional and pleasant! He said if we have an issues to call immediately!!! I would call them back in a minute!!! A++++++

I had evidence of termite damage on the railing of my front porch. The technician deteremined it was old damage and saw no signs of current activity.He recommended treating around the railing. Went into the house to make sure no acitivity was in there and there was not. I asked him what he recommended and followed his advice. The area was treated that same day.

I was having trouble with ants in the house but also had a tree fall during an April storm that was infested with carpenter ants and I wanted to make sure they were completely gone from around the house. The Diam representative saw a few in some railroad ties and a tree in the back which he sprayed. He told me to call back if I saw anymore ants within the next few months and they would come back without charge. The Diam representative was very polite and careful about where he sprayed. I would definitely have them back. One of the things I liked was that they didn't try to convince me that I needed a contract for them to come back on a regular basis to spray.
