I contacted this company to deal with mouse and possible other rodent issues in a rental property. The tenant was home when the service provider first arrived. I arrived about 5 minutes later. The provider informed me clearly what he had found and what measures he had taken to control the issue. He was very professional. I was very pleased with the service

Employees are very personable. They service many houses in our area and know everyone on a first name basis. They serviced my house prior to our purchase and were able to tell us the history of all issues they treated in the past. I found this information to be most useful so we can prevent same issues in the future. They are very respectful of the boundries we have set concerning our parrots when using their chemicals and take care while they are spraying/dusting our property. I will and have recommended them to others.

The Diam team came to my house to get some ground-nesting yellow jackets that had turned aggressive. They gave me an estimate and performed the service all in one afternoon, much to my relief. I came home, and the bees were gone with no trace that anyone had even been there.

They are very thorough. They go over everything with these special lights to find all the bugs and webs. They do a really good job and we do not see bugs anymore.

They came out right away. I called them back two weeks later and they resprayed for spiders. There were no issues. Jim, the technician I first met was nice and knew what he was doing.

I got them off Angie's List and they were great. I found them and they had good ratings. There was also an Angie's List coupon which they were great about honoring. They came out when we set the appointment. They took care of the task. They had a guarantee that if I had any problems in a certain period of time I could call back and they would come back and retreat. And I am happy to report that I haven't had anymore problems. It was a one time thing. I would use them again.

They came out on time, called ahead of time before arriving etc. Roaches were taken care of within a few days. Some re-appeared after a week and a half or so, but they came out and redid the application as per their promise! Great, prompt service!

The team at Diam Pest Control is simply top tier, first class people. I first called them defeated regarding a carpenter ant infestation I had INSIDE my 1970s wood shingle, wood siding home. I tried to treat the problem several times using popular gel baits, powders, and the like from do it yourself pest control providers on the internet. I spent over $100 on the products and after a week or to of failed attempts I called the professionals at Diam. They were able to send a representative in a day's time. They explained the facts of carpenter ant infestation and told me the treatment would possibly require several follow-up treatments. I was charged around $180 initially and they said they would keep coming back without charge for the next 90 days in order to correct the problem. I think they could sense the tone of desperation in my voice and they assured me they have never encountered in 30 years a pest problem they couldn't resolve. I felt confident in their ability. Their first treatment had little effect on the ant horde so we call them back a week later. The showed up promptly the next day, treated again and stated they might have to come back again. A week and half later we noticed less ants, but we still had them. They showed up promptly, treated us a third time and stated it could take several trips to completely wipe them out. We have yet to call them back because we have not seen an ant in over 2 + weeks. My wife and I were SO RELIEVED to no longer see them. DIAM has been a literal god send for us. Their pricing was upfront, their explanation of the situation was non-condescending, and their follow-up service has been impeccable. They provided me with all the chemical names they used in the treatment and were completely transparent with me. This level of service is true rarity and an unexpected find.

I've been using them for 5 years. They are friendly people and they do a great job. I have no complaints. It is top quality.

Found Termites in North wall of house while we were completing a new house siding project. We were very concerned about protecting the investment of our remodel. I contacted numerous companies, but Diam was the most flexible in their schedule and willing to work around the other contractors on site. We had new concrete planned within two days and our research told us we should have preventative chemicals under the concrete... we didn't want to drill into new concrete in the spring, so Diam was able to inject product prior to the concrete pour. Dave, the on-site rep, was very helpful and punctual. We were very happy with Diam and received a 10% discount for being on Angie's List.

They charged $130 for the job; I thought they were a little expensive. One thing I liked about them is that they guaranteed that if the spiders came back in three months, then the service would be free. I have not seen any spiders so far. I was very happy with their service. I would use them again in the future.

They were great and they came when they were suppose to and they give you a two month guarantee if you see anything in two months and they will come back and do it for free. The guy was very nice and personable.

They took care of the problem. They reacted to my request in a timely manner and the person they sent out was very professional.

We've been fighting ants for a month or more now. I've used a consumer sprayer and Bayer. Had some success, but still seeing them..J.D. was punctual, if not early. He was informative, providing recommendations for for my own future applications, and making a comparison to the commercial service they offered. No hard sell. Nice. He did spray around the garage, and around the front of the house, as well as around the perimeter of the kitchen. Even helped me move plants out of the way. He was thorough. And honored the Angie's List Coupon in spite of the technical difficulties with my printer.

Seems to do a good job. Will take up to 2 weeks to see if all spiders, including those still in egg sacs are killed. Have made arrangement to have home treated on a quarterly basis.

I live in a town home and one of the people in the home referred them to me. They do good service and I have been satisfied. We had an instance when we had to have them come back and that wasn't a problem.

They show up in a timely manner and do their work quickly but effectively. They do what say they will do and they are trustworthy people that you can feel comfortable to have in your house. We have been using them for about 10 years and do not plan on switching companies any time soon.
