Experience overall was very good!

Certapro was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and provided an estimate in a very timely manner. Their price was significantly lower then other professional painting companies. The painter they sent to do the work was awesome. He was very professional, quick and did not leave a mess. I would hire Certapro Painters again without question.

On time, in fact ahead of schedule. Professional and quality concious. Did a great job.

It went well except for the color, which a decorator had chosen for us. We were not happy with it, but the painting was good. It was a deep red and gray combination. We specifically said that we wanted a gray that wasn't a bluish gray and it was the bluish gray. There were some regional managers that came with them when they came to give us the estimate. I didn't know who they were and thought they might be people in training. I think they were extra, extra, extra good about their approach because they were trying to get a high rating. I thought the painters actually worked for them, but it was a subcontractor type of situation. They were very, very nice guys and they did good work. My only complaint was that one of the guys drove this car that was falling apart and he parked it in front of the neighbor's house because we only have one side of the street parking. It leaked transmission fluid and oil onto the street and it upset the neighbor quite a bit. I didn't tell Certapro. I also found out that I could have just hired these painters independently from the company and paid half as much. I wanted it done quickly and if I needed it done again, I would get more estimates and especially knowing that I could have hired the painters directly. I think they gave us a good price and I don't know if I could have gotten a lower price.

Painter arrived on time as scheduled. Power washed the first day in the rain. Came back a day or two later to start painting. Covered windows but not completely on some. Never did any caulking inspection or repair. Overall painting went well but did not put down any tarps as I have seen other painters do. They got over spray on porch railings and some windows. I had to point out the railing which they eventually cleaned off but I had to scrape the windows myself. They got paint on door seals. I tried to clean off myself but unsuccessful. I had to point out cracked caulking that need to be replaced. I believe they just spread more caulking rather than cut out old and replace. Detail work on edges was sloppy. I can do better myself. They left their trash behind and I had to ask them to haul it away. The house looks good from the street but the detail work was poor. They use subcontractors so you may get a different company that would do a better job.

Very fast service, hard working team, knowledgeable regarding painting and replacing rotted siding. Courteous team. Worked the weekend, and cleaned up the area afterward. Very Satisfied.

I was very impressed with them. They were very courteous, thorough and prompt, and made sure that I understood everything that they were talking about. The product ended up being about $3000, and I thought that it was more than we could afford at this time. He did call back and leave a message that he would be glad to work with us on the price. I thought that they were too high but I haven?t got estimates from other providers to be able to compare their price. I liked the guy a lot. I am 70 years old, and sometimes you are not real comfortable with somebody running through your house, but he made me feel very comfortable. I felt that they would have done a good job. There just was nothing about them to complain about. I would use them in the future, if the price is affordable.

They responded very quickly unlike a few other companies that I called. They are doing the work right now and are being very good about keeping the area clean.

The estimating was very thorough and professional. The painters were very good and did a very nice job.

The job went very good overall. The estimate went great, they gave me a fair price and showed up on time. They were very professional in all aspects of the job from the estimate to the end. They cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the job. They ensured that all that I asked for was done. They showed up on time everyday and left on time everyday. I was pleased with the results. They also stuck to their estimate.
