I hired Steve (the owner) to do the job, he was punctual and courteous but in spite of that the quality of the work was less than desirable; many of the tiles in both the wall and the floor were installed crooked, many of the floor tiles became loose a few days after the installation, the tub wall ceramic grout cracked in many locations about a month after the installation. I asked the owner (Steve) to repair the problems 3 times and each time he was polite and stood behind his work (did not charge extra or argued) but he never did correct the problems the right way and most tiles on the wall stayed crooked and some grout still stayed cracked. At the end, I ended up repairing the last visible grout problems myself. Also, after I paid him I asked him for a receipt several times but never got one; I would not hire him back to avoid the troubles of having work done with lower quality and different specifications that what I ask for.

He was always on time and got things done on time. The only problems we had were that we started to notice that he took some short cuts such as trim work, joints and the countertop seams. He came back a few times to fix them. Finally, we just had my dad fix his mistakes.
