+ -1 moreI think he does a great job. He is very reasonable, he is very professional, and I like that he only does what is in his capacity to do. He’ll do simple plumbing, electrical, or mechanical, but he knows when the job is beyond him and when to call in someone else. I recommend him.
Description of Work: Brad’s Home Repair Services repaired a leaky drain and evaluated putting in a new programmable thermostat.

Description of Work: Paid for useles, way overpriced evaluation. Two screen doors for $2,400.00? $200.00 for an estimate? ANGIES LIST IS STUPID AND I WON'T USE IT AGAIN.. I am also warning friends and family, That 'angies list' is a rip off. Jeff Lacy

Description of Work: Brad replaced a faucet, cleaned the drains and fixed a leaking faucet for us. He drove downtown to price parts and was very flexible in my choice of a new faucet.

+ 0 moreBrad showed up exactly on time, if not early. He was very nice and asked lots of questions to get the idea of the problem. The bathtub was installed by the previous owners of the house, who didn't believe in traditional plumbing. Brad came up with a way to stop the leak without tearing up the floor, but told me straightforwardly that it might be a temporary fix. When he gave me the bill, I asked if he undercharged me. He said that he cut me a break because he had worked on my house quite a few times recently.
Description of Work: Brad fixed the leaking drain for the bathtub.
