Sales was courteous and very knowledgeable. Installation was performed by a skilled technician. He noticed a damaged part and sent for a replacement. Happy with our results.

We just wanted an estimate but Ryan gave us such a great deal, we couldn't pass it up. AJ was our installer and he did an excellent job! I would highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone.

From the salesman to the installer both were very professional, detail oriented and super to do business with.

The installer did a very good job. The only hang up was the bracket for my shower seat. The package was labeled for a right side bracket, but a left side bracket was inside the page. It was mislabeled at the warehouse. Certainly not the installers fault. Bath Planet scheduled a time to come back and finished the shower seat install. I offered to help my installer carry the old tube out, but somehow he managed to get the tube out by himself. I was also impressed with almost the entire job finished in about 7 hours with just 1 installer.

The quality of the product is exceptional and the workmanship was excellent. The installer did a fantastic job and very courteous and kind!! Highly recommend this company!

Very professional tub to shower conversion. Existing drain was updated to meet code and existing plumbing lines and new shut-off valves were relocated. Great start to our bathroom remodel project.

Very pleased with the walk-in shower that bath planet did for us. Our installer, Jason, was very professional, punctual, and friendly. It was a great experience from sales through installation. We were offered many options when the salesman came to visit us. And he gave us options on things Based on what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

They have a great line of communication

They were finished in one day, cleaned everything up. When there was a problem they were back within 4 hours to fix it. Overall it was an excellent experience.

The sales rep that came to our house was very personable and had the answers to our questions. The installer was very knowledgeable and took the time, throughout the day, to answer all of my questions, even the ones where a "Duh" would have been appropriate. Nice guy who took the time to ensure I fully understood what he was doing and why.

Bathroom looked great after remodeling. There was a glitch in measurements that was taken prior to installation. So there was some adjustments made on the side wall, which I didn't expect or was uneccessary if the measurements were taken accurate. Other than that, the product is great but little pricey.
