Wonderful experience! As my mom is aging getting into her tub/shower was getting harder for her so we converted it to a walk in shower. The salesman was very knowledgeable and understood moms needs. Paul was our installer and I can't say enough good things about him. He was so personable and such a hard worker. He did a fabulous job installing the shower, going over everything with mom when he was done. He cleaned everything when the job was complete. He swept all the floors that he walked on including the garage where he was cutting. It was snowing that day and he was even kind enough to pull moms car back into the garage when he was done. Would highly recommend Bath Planet. Having this handicapped shower made showering more enjoyable for mom and took away my worries of her falling getting in or out of the tub. I had a tub shower converted to a walk in shower. The whole project took one day. That was demolition and installation. The person who did the job was amazing. Worked hard and straight through until finished. Was also very impressed with the sales lady. Was great at answering all my questions. Totally impressed with all aspects of the company. They were able to get the installation moved up several weeks so it would be completed before an upcoming surgery that required a walk in shower. Installer arrived on time and had the project completed by 5 pm the same day.

Bath Planet local folks were great to work with. They got the specific shower door we wanted even though it wasn't an option on their website. The work was done in one day by a competent worker, who kept us updated with structure and other issues he encountered and was able to work around. We are well satisfied with the work and the finished product. Customer service was mostly top-notch and would have gotten a 5 star from us if we'd been contacted earlier than two months after the shower install.

They did the entire job in one day. We picked a day and that was the day they came. A call the day before would've been nice as a reminder.
