They removed the tub & put in a new shower. I really like my new shower. It is very pretty & works great. I did think that it was very pricey for what I got. I did not get top of the line anything when designing this shower. I think this is a good company but do think they need to reevaluate their prices. They did a very good job with everything & were careful not to mess up my floors which made me happy because I had just spent over $300. getting my carpets cleaned & sanitized. The salesman was very friendly & helpful.

A PLUS SERVICE. GREAT WORK. done in a day. Cleaned up afterwards. So enjoy this new shower. It makes the room seem brighter and bathroom bigger. No shower curtain. I shake my head at the cost. High. If I want quality it costs. Was it worth paying this high cost? YES!

The workman was punctual and very neat and clean. There was never any dirt left around. Also very polite.

The Bath Planet of Des Moines group is great. We had them come in and replace our tub and surround. The installer was very professional and friendly. After the install, there were a couple things that we weren't completely satisfied with and we informed them. They immediately called back and the installer came back right away and not only fixed what we had concerns about but went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. This is a great customer service company.

We chose Bath Planet to update our 20-year old bathtub and shower combo and replace it with a large walk-in shower. (Been wanting to do this for years!) The sales rep was honest and helpful with suggestions to make it look good and fit our budget. The installers were knowledgeable, friendly, clean and got it all done in a day. I really like the new shower and the installation but after the installation there was dust everywhere in the bathroom and in 2 bedrooms

Wyatt and Kasara arrived on time and finished the job on time. They tore out a cast iron tub, cement board, and wall tile. Very tough demo. They installed a beautiful walk-in shower. They encountered issues like a rotted subfloor along the way. They were upfront with me regarding all the issues. They were kind, honest, and professional! I will hire Bath Planet again if the need arises. Thank you for my awesome new shower.
