+ -1 moreDavid was excellent. He went into detailed tests of the home's electrical system, its roof, foundation, potential water issues, insulation, a/c, heating, appliances, lighting, and windows. He was patient and answered any question I had. He provided a detailed electronic report with pictures within 24 hours of the inspection. I was very impressed.
Description of Work: David provided a full house inspection prior to us buying a house.
