+ -1 moreAfter weeks of the system not working correctly, slow to login or not at all, ADT upgraded free of cost - so they went above and beyond in that regard. However, not all home automation functionality is available, specifically door locks, due to living in a cold climate. I wish I would have been told this upfront. I think there can be a big gap between what you hear in a sales pitch vs what is delivered.
Description of Work: Was misled by sales rep that the unit they were installing was able to take advantage of all advertised home automation functionality.

+ -1 moreThey came out and they did the installation. Our home was broken in to prior to this and we wanted to upgrade our system. The system works fine but it was very difficult to get a hold of our representative even though he said he would come, one time he did no show us. We were really disappointed after the sale with the follow up but the system has been fine. I'm not sure that I would use them again if I had to do it all over, due to the follow up service. The system was expensive in my mind.
Description of Work: They did installation of an alarm system. They are doing monthly monitoring which cost around $50.00 a month.
