+ 1 moreIt went very well; better than expected. I didn't have any issues with them, and I was very pleased with the services they provided. When they came in, they didn't just do what we asked. They gave suggestions that actually improved the project. I felt very comfortable with all the foundation. The aesthetics were better following their recommendations than what we had laid out for them to do. They were very professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. They were very responsive. They were here when they said they would be. Most importantly, their bid was exactly what it cost, which was nice.
Description of Work: Johnson Concrete & Excavating poured a foundation for an out building and a small driveway for that building for us.

+ 0 moreJohnson's met with us and our builder to discuss the best foundation for an outbuilding. They asked questions about what we would use the building for, any concerns we had, etc. and provided a prompt estimate. Their charges were exactly what the estimate was. They made several recommendations to correct drainage issues in the area and we love the results. The work was done on time and exceeded our expectations. Not only that, their recommendations resolved our drainage issues. We are extremely pleased and would use them again.
