+ -1 moreI've been in association with them for 11 months. They deal custom design high energy efficient homes and we did get one of those. The biggest problem we had is that its a small firm and they use sub contractors for almost everything. And sub contractors when we are having a building boom around here are a major pain in the butt to get in on time and so on. If you're patient, he'll do a good job. The subcontractors also do great work. But he can't control subcontractors because he's too small to do everything himself. We were looking for people that make insulated concrete homes and custom design homes and he's one of the few in the area who do both. I think the price was fair. He is quite responsive.
Description of Work: They've one an excellent job working with us to design the house we wanted.
