+ -1 moreWe went to the store to seek out information on gas fireplaces, after being disappointed with a local provider's treatment and lack of responsiveness for a quote. We worked with Steven and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and full of helpful information.?There are a couple dozen operating units on display to see how they work and view in an in-home simulation. We left the store having made a purchase, paid 50% down, and felt extremely good about it.? The unit was in stock,?and available to install in less that a week. ?After we prepared the room, they came out and installed the fireplace.? The crew was prompt, clean, courteous and yet workmanlike.? Before leaving the workers cleaned the area,?reviewed the installation, operation, and break-in process with me.? We received the statement for the balance in the mail a few days later and actually drove to the store to pay it so I could thank them in person for the excellent service.? We are completely satisfied and highly recommend them for your fireplace and patio purchases.
