We had recently purchased a house, and had paid Roto-Rooter over $800 to come and clean clogs out multiple times. After they told us it would cost $2K to water jet the lines and clear obstructions, I called someone else. Chad worked with Dean from WaterJet to camera and jet the lines. They discovered multiple breaks, and bellies in the old cast iron pipe, as well as the sewer exiting the house in 4 different locations. We started with the exterior which was around 90' of 4" pipe that had to be excavated to up to 12' deep. After that was complete Chad went inside and jackhammered the concrete, rerouting the multiple exit points, into a single point of exit on the sewer, re-routing sewer stacks as needed, and ensuring that all connections were new and clean. They carried out, by hand, hundreds of buckets of busted concrete. And then carrier in by hand, new bags of concrete to replace the floor. They were always conscientious of our needs, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. We were very happy with their work, and they worked with us on payment while we waited for the insurance company money to come through. After a couple of months passed and we began the remodel of our basement, our builder came to us and stated that there was water leakage through a small portion of the foundation, where the water main came through. The city came out and tested, and sure enough, a water line was broken 2-5 ft from the edge of the foundation. I text Chad and he immediately replied and stated he would come fix it in the next 2 days. Chad and his partner are not snazzy dressed sales guys. They are hard working, blue collar guys. They may not look like a million bucks but they do the job right, and come back and fix it if something happens. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Replaced sewer line on outside of the house to the sewer main. Replaced all sewer lines on the interior of the house to the single point of exit.
