Their service was excellent. Immediately as you call them, they're there. Their professionalism is very good.

They did not tell me that they would not call to schedule an appointment to install the hot water heater until after their bid was accepted. I had to pay for the charges over the amount that were allowed by the program before they would install it. I paid my portion on Friday and told them the next week was packed with appointments and I needed them to call the day before so that I would be sure to be there and have my dogs kenneled before they arrived. They told me they would pass it along but they will call me before they leave for my house. They said they don't know when they will get around to my job. 5 days later they called me to tell me they were nearly to my house. I was not even in town and told them I was not. They asked how long before I would be there. I told them I was out on errands and that I was not going to be back before 5pm. They said That was not acceptable. I told them they needed to give me more warning if they expected me to be there and that I had told them to call me the day before. They said they don't do that. I called the organization that was running the program that was paying for the hot water heater and told them what went on and asked them to help me with Scharnweber. They said they would call them. I then got a call from Scharnweber telling me they refused to install my hot water heater and that I needed to come pick up my money. I called the organization about Scharnweber's call and told them Scharweber was refusing to do the job and that they needed to get the ir money back. They told me I would have to find someone else to do the job very quickly because the program was almost over. When I went to get my money back they told me they were going to charge me for breaking the contract. I told them if they tried to charge me I'd call my lawyer and take them to court for breach of contract, charging taxes on the portion that the tax exempt program paid and any other charges my lawyer thought applied. They were rude and confrontational and took forever to print out a check to refund my money and then refused to correct the error they made in my name's spelling on the check. I will NEVER use them again for anything. I will not even buy parts from them if they were the ONLY ones with the part.
