This company is extremely passionate and kind. They came and did an amazing job were very professional. I would hire them again in the future.

It flooded my bedroom. They get high ratings and try to be there that day, and one guy stopped to see what he needed on his way to work and came back after work and fixed it. I give them high ratings and want use anyone else.

Gave me a verbal quote of "less than $1,000" to replace a gas furnace, then when I called the office a couple weeks later to see why I never got a written quote, the quote for the same furnace was over $4,000. I asked why such a huge difference, and the receptionist said' "He hasn't installed a furnace in a long time, so he didn't know." Later I asked for a written quote to install some sinks. He came out and looked at the locations where I want to put the sinks, and after a month I still haven't gotten a quote. At that time I told him I hadn't made a decision about the furnace yet (I was also considering geothermal heating) because I was waiting on some bids from other contractors, and he became very defensive. He said I will get lower bids from other people because they will sell me too small of a system to win the bid. It seems he stopped trying to get my business when I dared get bids from other contractors. Everyone I have talked told me he is way over-priced, and he must be aware of that, judging by his reaction.

They were great. They were here when they said they would be here. They gave me a very fair price on the unit. They were excellent people to work with. I was very happy with them. I would recommend them to anybody with similar needs. They were extremely polite and that has not been my experience when it comes to dealing with repair people. They were considerate. They stuck to their word. They gave me the estimate and looked at my situation. Unfortunately, I live in a house that has a crawlspace which is fairly deep and that’s where the furnace goes. It wasn’t an easy installation for them and the week that they chose to do the job was very humid as well. However, they did it and they did an extremely good job. They couldn’t have been more gracious in the circumstances they were working with.
