Description of Work: Mr. Freese only drills wells. Brown Well Pump Service takes care of the pumps, and pressure tanks. I appreciated the prompt attention. One of their workers (Justin) was out to our rural house within a couple of hours to assess the situation. He then took the time to do a band-aid fix so that we could have water until he could come back and replace the old pump and pressure tank. He called back the next day to tell me when he could fit us into his schedule. The day he came out to put in the new pump and pressure tank, he stayed on the job until it was completed and was satisfied everything was functioning properly. One of the problems he ran into was that the water level had dropped about 20' from when the old pump had been put in service. That meant adding a 20' section of pipe so the pump motor wouldn't run out of water and burn up. It was a very thorough job by a true craftsman of the trade.

+ 0 moreThey did very well. We had a pump failure on the coldest day of the year but they came out, worked all day, and got us going again with a pump that would get us through the winter. The next spring, they changed the pump out to the kind that we wanted. They are very professional, they didn’t jack the price up on me, and I couldn’t have been happier. He seemed to know what would work for us and he presented us with various options. We went with an option that cost more money but I never felt like I was being taken advantage of.
Description of Work: Brown’s installed a pump in our well that would give us sufficient pressure for the irrigation system.
