I called on July 5 and left a message. On July 8 Tyler called and said the bid would be out to me by the end of the following week - I was "on the top of the list". I called again on July 18 and left another message asking if they were going to send a bid or not. on August 8 their office called and wanted to know if I was still interested - I told her that I had chosen another company since I had no response from them. Her reply was, "Well, he said you were getting other bids and we assumed you were going with someone else." Must be nice to have so much business these days to not need to respond to new customers! Very unprofessional.

They came to my house , we talked about what I wanted done , he did some measuring and said he would send an estimate, I waited 3 weeks and never received anything called them back and they said O I guess it has ben a while I will get it right out to you, well it's ben 4 weeks more and still haven't herd from them. I'm not sure what is going on If they didn't want the job just say so but they blew me off with no explanation, now I'm doing it myself.

They are very professional, know what they are doing and don't waste any time. They did a very quality job and I enjoyed working with them. In fact there are scheduled to return in May 2013 to complete sodding the remainder of my property.

It was a pleasurable experience and we would get them again for any other landscaping jobs that we would need.
