+ -1 moreThe job went great they showed up at 730 in the morning and where done around 5 with complete tear off and install. They provided all the materials and had there own dump trailers for the waste. When they where complete they ran a magnet around and cleaned out my gutters. Roof looks great and would highly recommend them

Description of Work: It took six months to get my siding and roof done. Would have took longer if I didn't stay on the owner. They left and I had another contractor come in and inspect. Found that the siding isn't attached in areas and the j channel on the front of my house looks horrible. I called them three weeks ago and they said they would come over and fix it but have yet to see them. Spend the $$$ and hire someone you can trust

Description of Work: They kept saying they would be here and then would not show up or even call to let you know. Finally after I said I would have to look for another contractor to do the work did they finally show up. They also said it would take 1 day to complete the work, however it took 3 and I found out that they split their crew in half to try and fit in more jobs. Communication was very poor which is not very professional.

+ -1 moreOf course, this is a job dependent on the weather, but once the rain stopped they were at our house within the week and had the house re-roofed in one day. They cleaned up the yard well and came back the next day to get the dumpster. It's been over a month and no leaks, which was a big concern after hearing what some of our neighbors have gone through with other companies. They were very good about returning phone calls both before and after the job to answer questions. As a bonus, they were also the lowest bid.

+ -1 moreIt went pretty good. The foreman has to come back out to provide the warranty information. As a whole, it was good. They were very responsive after we contacted them for a bid. The only drawback was during the process, they were a little late on getting started and I don’t know if there was just some confusion with his crew or what have you. So they started really late on the first day and it ended up taking the man extra day as oppose to what they had suggested it would take but the crew were very respectful. They cleaned up really well after the job. Over the weekend, the foreman wasn’t around when they finished up and so they ran out some materials and my husband had to go get some parts for the underlayment of the roof. So I kind of felt that he should have been available for that. They were very competitive with the 3 other bids that we received. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: I used 5 Star Roofing to put a complete new roof.
