Building Services Plus is a subcontracting company focused on the installation of air barrier and waterproofing products to improve the longevity of structures as well as provide new construction and residential cleaning and construction services. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service that we provide to meet the consumers needs. They cleaned (sprayed) the exterior of my house, cleaned and sanded the rear deck, and applied a solid stain to it. It looks 1000 percent better. They charged a reasonable price for the work too. I'll hire them again if I need to.
