We contacted the company for an estimate and had to call back because no one came after a week. We were using this company because we had been loyal to them and needing to call and remind them that we needed an estimate didn't bother us. When I called back, I told Ann that the house we were reroofing was being sold and that we were closing in July. I assumed she had all the information she needed or she would have asked me for more information. The roofers showed up, we didn't know they were coming, they just showed up. But that was fine because we were loyal to them. They did their work and left. I got the bill and assumed again that Ann had all the info she needed to apply it to the closing and went about life. That was my mistake. A couple of weeks later, Ann called me and made me feel like the biggest dirtbag trying to dodge a bill. She didn't call to help, nor did she call to speak to me with respect. She attacked me from the moment I said hello. I was so disappointed because I'm not a dirtbag and we liked the work this company did and I was so offended. But I got her the info she wanted and called her back and again, she spoke to me with such utter disrespect. Even when I gave all her all the information she told me she needed. So I asked to speak with the owner. And I apologized for the confusion and I explained that we were not trying to dodge the bill that I had explained the situation to Ann and I thought she would have helped me out a little bit more, but he didn't care. I explained that we wouldn't do business with him anymore and he couldn't care any less. Long story short. If your realtor tells you to go to a certain company, go to that one. Screw loyalty.

Winkler truck showed up on 10/28/15 in prep for the re-roof on 10/29/15. They did a great job on the roof. Gutters were sub-contracted out to another company. That crew showed up on 11/03/15 and put in very nice 4"x3" gutters. Overall, very pleased! Would do business with them again!

Overall it went great. The crew arrived early Friday morning approximately 6 AM and was done by the time I got home at 4 PM. It would have been nice to get a call to let me know what day they were coming as I was surprised they showed up in June when they told me July initially, but it all worked out fine. They did a great job cleaning up and restoring everything that was moved to complete the work.

They did clean up very well after themselves. I had another roofing siding people looking and he said that the roof was good. I think they do a very thorough job in installation and they were responsive to one area that I had questions about as it kept lifting up in the wind. It was a shingle piece but they did come out. They were responsive even after installation.

Winkler Roofing had a very competitive price and had excellent workmanship. The only problem was that they did not call me in advance like they said they would.
