+ 0 moreTalked to him over the phone he said that it would cost between 75 and 80 dollars. I thought this was very reasonable. When he was done only charged $30, gave him $40. I own rental property and will use him as much as possible.

He can do anything such as electrical, plumbing, remodeling, painting, and is a good steady worker and he has good prices. He sided our whole house, replaced some windows and did some work on the floor. He is just a good steady worker and high standards. We would absolutely use him again in the future.
