Description of Work: The salesman was a good talker, talked us right into buying replacement windows from Window World; said they'd install in three to four weeks, took two months! The one window was the wrong size, but the salesman came back and talked with us, said it wasn't the wrong size, they just use less wood making the frame. That took another extra week for him to get here and tell us that and when the installer finished with the replacement windows, the one that wasn't the right size had a broken spring and clip; so the salesman came back again, said he'd order the parts and call on Monday to set up a time to install the new parts; well that was two weeks ago and we haven't heard a thing! They refused to make any kind of adjustment for the cost of the windows for the inconvenience we put up with and still are. You can bet they wanted their payment right away though.

+ 0 moreAll and all, the installation was good. There was some cracking of the sash trim but not noticed until after they left. Really no problem as filler fixed the problem.
Description of Work: Installed 4 replacement windows in the dining room. Windows were able to receive the $1500 tax credit applied by the IRS.
