Ran into logistic problems with the wiring but overcome them by running wiring through ductwork. Hope this doesn't cause problems in the future. They stuck to their original price despite a lengthy detour with the wiring.

They came and did an emergency call on the weekend when all of out lights went out and come to find out, our whole electrical panel needed replaced. We paid over $100 for 2 fuses that we used for 4 days before they replaced and upgraded our whole electric panel. The tech was very nice and said that he would see if they would credit back to the bill the 2 fuses since they were only used for the 4 days, we didn't get the credit/refund, but we atleast asked. The tech did leave the old electric panel with the fuses inside. the work quality was excellent, but if you use them-make sure you keep all of the parts you paid for or you will still get charged and they will keep the part(s)

They were very timely and efficient. Didn't try to gouge me on price. They also answered some questions for me (for free) about a DIY project I was doing.

Overall great job. Very quick and he was on time.

Electrician that came was a great guy and knowledgeable. We had a couple of estimates done and Thompson beat them both out. We are so glad we had them versus Lewis Electric whom we had out before for some other work. I wouldn't even blink an eye on hiring Thompson over Lewis again. We are going to have some more updating done again and will call Thompson. Lewis electric used to be on Angies List and I didn't have a chance to rate them or their work. Very irresponsible and dishonest about their work quotes. Charged me for much more that was verbally quoted. Would not recommend. There was a clear difference between the two companies, pure professionalism from Thompson.

I had Thompson Electric re-wire my entire house when I moved in about 3 years ago. I thought they were very good during that experience, alwayse promp courteous and professional, provided excellent work and at that time of the 3 estimates I received they were the best priced. So, I had them along with Vakulskas Electric and Kevin O'Dell Electric estimate electric to my garage. Thompson Electric rep was very professional but their estimate was almost twice as high as Kevin O'Dell Electric. Vakulskas came out but were hard to work with, and they wanted me to dig the ditch for the electric cable or they wanted to run it overhead which I did not want. I went with O'Dell Electric and am glad i did, they were very good to work with. They had the best price as well as promp fast and professional work.

Work done quickly and professionalloy. Technician cleaned up after finishing work. Technician was polite and quality of work done was excellent.

The electrician assigned to our house was courteous, helpful with decisions, punctual and cleaned up the worksite when he was finished each day he was there. We will be pleased to hire them should we need an electrician in the future.

Went very well. Because the house is old the installation was done on outside of plastered walls. It was not feasible to fish through walls. The electrician used an electrical track that can be painted or papered over. Not very noticeable for this small room.
