Description of Work: Never mind my personal health, as that was a big factor for me not keepign with them, but since I have had no home computer, they have been persisting on trying to charge me for services not needed at all with no product to use it on, and the programs they have me linked into is so utterly spying and invasive on even the library computer, trying to get me to download them on there, for more charges. |Anymore, I am like, go ahead and shoot yourself in the foot, if you go with them.

+ -1 moreI took a Toshiba laptop in on a Saturday. Some days later, I received a call in which I learned of the diagnosis. I was given a price for the parts and labor. Some days later I received news that the laptop was much more damaged and that more parts were needed for a full repair. I thought this would mean I would have to pay more, but as they told me, the price I was originally told was the price I would pay. They stuck by their word. I was surprised people of such integrity were behind the small business. Now I have my laptop back. It's completely repaired. I only paid for the issues they first told me were wrong with it, but they went ahead and fixed everything else. On top of that, they placed a warranty on my laptop. I highly recommend this place and I will keep coming back here should I ever need them again.
Description of Work: Sytech repaired my laptop by replacing the motherboard and keyboard and by repairing the damage caused when it was dropped while it was under my care.
