Star Tree Services

We had some large tree limbs blow down in a recent storm. I've also discovered a crack in a major limb of big tree in our backyard. I talked to Larry on the phone on a Saturday morning; he said he'd call back that day or on Monday to set up a time to provide an estimate. By Tuesday evening he still hadn't called, so I called him again, got his voice mail, and left another message asking him to please call me back. It is now after 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening and still no call back. My wife was talking to our neighbor and she said she had an estimate from Star Tree Services 4 weeks ago for tree trimming. She still hasn't heard or seen anything of these guys. I remembered tonight that I called this company three years ago to have them come and give me an estimate for tree trimming and no one ever called me back then, either. This guy Larry at Star Tree Services is a terrible businessman. He doesn't provide acceptable customer service. He doesn't follow through on his promises. Even if he has more than enough business right now, a smart service owner would at least return phone calls and tell those who called he doesn't have time to take their jobs on. This guy apparently is not smart. And he just doesn't give a **** about his reputation. My recommendation is don't ever, ever call this turkey for tree trimming or any other related services.

They came and did a good job. I would recommend them to others.

The price was excellent. They cleaned everything up and took away the debris. They did a good job.
