Our economy and community needs more individuals that appreciate original quality and strive to maintain the traditions associated with handmade production and small business opportunity. I will recommend Mr. Fernandez to everyone without hesitation.
Description of Work: The stays on my black suede pair of lace up boots (without a zipper) that I have owned but rarely wear were coming through the suede at the top. I searched for a reputable shoe repair establishment locally and none were advertised or even listed on the internet. A friend suggested the Shoe Shine Man of Siouxland. Mr. Ralph Fernandez is the craftsman and business owner. He replaced the four stays on each boot with grommets that match the existing hardware of the boot. Thus he improved the functionality of the stays yet the grommets do no detract from the dressy look of the boots. Quality work from a man that shows obvious joy and pride in his work.
