We hired Ryan to do the snow removal for $20. We contacted him just before the first snow fall and asked him not to do his driveway until after the plow had been by as they were predicting an 8" snow fall, and then he said he would charge double for anything over 6" of snow. When he did clean it, he left almost 2' of the bottom of his driveway not cleaned, just a big pile of snow. The second snowfall (which was a big one) on the 24th, he didn't get out there until the 27th to do it. My husband had taken his shop truck and bladed out the bottom of the drive including what Ryan had left the first time. This time they did not clean the side of the driveway all the way to the edge leaving at least 18" not cleaned. We had snow on Jan. 6th and his is suppose to be there today(8th) by 5:00. We'll see what kind of a job he does this time. My sister told him it wasn't cleaned to the edge last time so we'll see. He rarely returns phone call even after leaving a message. If we had not bought a gift certificate for a reduced rate, he would have been gone after the first lousy job. We were going to have him do his yard in the summer. What a joke!
Description of Work: He was suppose the remove the snow from my fathers double driveway and steps into his house.

He was suppose to remove the snow for $20 as we got a neighbor to have theirs done too. Just before the first snow on Dec.8, we called and asked him to wait to do the drive until the plow had been up his street as they were predicting 8" of snow. He then told her it would be double for anything over 6". When he cleaned it, he didn't clean almost 2' of the bottom of his driveway. The second snow was a big one on Dec24. He didn't come out until the 27th to clean it, after my husband used his shop truck to blade out the bottom of the drive including what Ryan had left the last time. This time they didn't clean all the way to the side of his drive leaving almost 18" undone. This last time it snowed Jan 6 and he is suppose to be there today(8th) by 5:00. Everyone else was dug out yesterday. If we had not bought a gift certificate for a reduced price he would have been done after the first lousy job. He rarely returns phone calls. What a joke!
