 + 2 moreMy husband and I have been dealing with plumbing issues since we moved into our home. We are a family of five and the guys from Roto-Rooter were great with working around our family's needs. T.J. has been an exceptional worker and very tedious when it came to start the cleanup process in our basement. I clean houses for my job and like to keep a clean house also, he was very helpful. Chad, Tyler, and Joe were all very kind and worked very hard and continue to do so towards the end of this long hard process. I am very pleased with the excellent customer care we have been receiving.
Description of Work: Roto-Rooter was contacted to come fix major plumbing issues in our rental property.

Description of Work: checked leaky tub drain , tightened a pipe or drain fixture but , this did not fix the leak. checked toilet for flushing seemed to think it was ok...I;m not real sure this was avalid complaint by my tenant.. We reported to Better Buisiness have heard no reply yet charged $80 for service call that did not fix problem
