+ -1 moreI called the office on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Monday. Justin arrived on time, was very personable and knowledgeable on the appliance. I had never used Quality Appliance before but would definitely call them again for other appliance repair issues.
Description of Work: Justin from Quality Appliance arrived on time for service call on a wall unit oven. After a few minutes and a call to the manufacturer, he was able to identify the problem and unfortunately there was no repair open since the part had been discontinued. He did however, go back to his shop and check to make sure that there were not any other parts that could do the same thing. He provided the owner with options on what to do next.

Description of Work: We called to get an appointment and there was a week to wait for the first on available available. They gave us a four hour window to arrive. When they did not arrive well into the window, I called and told there was no appointment for my address. After a further follow up call, they had the appointment, but had spelled my name wrong even though it was spelled out for them previously. They were given the correct spelling again. We were told appointment was for the following day even though they first said there was no appointment for that address. Again, we waited nearly four hours for them to arrive. The service tech was in my house for less than 5 minutes. He advised that the "fix" would be approx. $350 of labor costs. The quote did not include the materials according to the form. The quote again grossly misspelled our name. We declined the fix. They imposed a service charge of $80 for the 5 minutes of work and other hassle provided. Then the tech called and wanted to waive the service fee and take away our refrigerator for us. I was left feeling frustrated with this company and the situation. I did not feel confident that I was getting the straight story. It felt more like getting a run around.

+ -1 moreThey were extremely helpful. They did quote a price before and I had them come out to the house too. I can buy parts from them if I wanted to or else I can have them come out to the house for servicing. I liked them. They were the only one in town that worked on the stove.

+ -1 moreWife called and scheduled appointment and was able to get something right away. Serviceman stopped by and noticed handle was broken and not making the connection to the dishwasher housing. He fixed it without the handle so we could at least use the dishwasher until the new part was ordered and available. Part was in 2 days later and scheduled appt for noon immediately to be installed. Repairman called 11:30 said might be a little late due to weather which was really nice to know. Took a few minutes to repair and they were in and out. Highly recommended and very dependable.
