 + -1 moreWhen we went down to the store to pick out a hot tub, they were very knowledgeable and friendly. We were told that the hot tub would be delivered off the truck, it would be set up, and they'd spend as much time with us as we needed to feel comfortable with our new product. We paid for our hot tub knowing it would take about 10 days to get in, which was fine with us since we were going on vacation for 5 days. 10 days AFTER we got home from vacation, my husband had to call to check the status of our hot tub. He were told it had been in for a few days. Once we had pinned down a delivery date and time, my husband took time off work to meet them, and they called to say they wouldn't get to us that day. Finally on "delivery day" they told us they'd be at our house at 2:00. We had our electrician here at 3:00. We didn't get a courtesy call until about 4:20 to let us know they'd be at our house closer to 5:00. When they got here they drop off the hot tub, wired it up and come back the next day to show my husband how to use it. Very disappointed with their lack of communication and timeliness.

Description of Work: It was my first time here, we just moved to town and got a pool and spa with the house. I recommend Chuck he helped me with what I needed to get my hot tub ready to use. He even wrote down what to add to the tub right off the bat. I would highly recommend Professional Pool and Spa I will be going back for my pool supplies when it warms up.

 + -1 moreI purchased all my spa & pool supplies from Professional Pool & Spa. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the extra time to explain things and go over and beyond. I never feel like I am pressured to spend extra money. I highly recommend this company for all swimming pool and hot tub products and services.
Description of Work: I was needing the sand in my pool filter changed. I called and they explained to me in detail how it is done. Some people change the sand themselves and they gave me the option to do it myself or have them do it. The process seemed easy enough but I thought that it would be best to have them do it in case there was any issues. They were prompt on the time and cleaned up their mess and left the area the way that they had found it. They also found something in the filter and brought it back to the office to analyze it.
