Description of Work: Pinnacle removed our entire heating and air conditioning system and replaced it with a York Affinity system. They laid tarps through the house in areas they'd be tracking in and out. It's great when a contractor cleans up after themsleves, and Pinnacle did a fantastic job of this. What set Pinnacle apart from the competition?? We requested estimates from 4 local companies to replace our Heating and Air Conditioning system. Pinnacle was by far the most professional and thorough in their estimates. The estimate was typed; there were 4 options ranging from basic to top of the line. Available rebates were detailed on the estimate and Pinnacle volunteered to do the work to get the rebates so our upfront cost would be minimized. When the estimate was delivered, pamphlets with equipment specifications, efficiencies, and features were also delivered. Pinnacle was polished, thorough and impressive. The competition had many flaws. Two of the estimates were hand written (difficult to read), with model #s that were cryptic, so researching them on the Internet was painfully time consuming. They did not provide pamphlets that matched the equipment quoted. The 4th company provided one option, with no pamphlet, and when looking up their equipment online, it was extremely difficult to determine the features, strengths, and efficiencies. It was as if that manufacturer did not want common people to have information available for their solutions. These 3 companies quoted solutions for Lennox, Train, and Carrier.
