The plumber didn't appear to know what he was doing was at my home the entire day. Broke my 75 gal. Hot water tank. Billed me $1,500 for replacing the tank they broke with a non working 50 gal tank. con

Bad. Failed to correctly fix problem. Admitted to causing the flooding in crawl space yet will not work with me on the bill.

Friendly, talkative, got job done. We had a little problem getting them to come in the first place. They cancelled us for a bigger job, but then got to us the next week.

I have used Morningside Plumbing several times the last few years and will continue to use them whenever a plumbing problem arises. They are prompt, get the job done and leave things neat and clean.

Overall they did a good job, but they never told me how much it was gonna be and how long it was gonna take. Was a little shocked when I got the bill.

I told them the issue and they came right out. However the guy that showed up had no sense of urgency then didn't have any of the parts to fix it. He then had to go back to the shop and get more stuff. After he came back there was a second guy with him who was much better. However when I got the bill it seemed really high so I questioned them about it. Turns out I was charged for two guys. They did fix the bill, and lowered it by almost 1/3 and said that it should have only taken one guy. However I should not have had to call. The second guy was much better and they did get the leak fixed. But the original guy out had no urgency and should have had at least some parts with him since I had told him the issue. I have used them a few times and would use them again, they are professional and do good work, however the urgency was not that good with the one guy.

Did an excellent job, and even cleaned up the mess the old water heater made. Called them to my mother's home many months later for a different issue, and they were absolutely excellent. Would highly recommend Josh and his fellow employees. |

The plumbers were very nice and professional. They answered all of our concerns and questions. Everything that was on the estimate was completed on time. Since this was a remodel and addition of a shower some of the work had to be done in two different visits. The water pipes were upgraded on the first visit and the the faucets and fixures were installed on the second visit. Each time we scheduled an appointment it was made very promply and the the plumbers were there on time. I am extremely satisified with their work and will call them again when we remodel the other bathroom.

It was good, they fixed the problem, and did a very good job.

It started out as a good experience. They were on time and pleasant. They turned our water off and were supposed to be back the next day. They called and said they could not come back our for four days. On Monday they did not show up and when I called they came out that Wednesday. They left us seven days with the water off. When they finally came out and turned the water back on there was a leak and a flood in the basement and kitchen and bathroom were flooded. They sent a restoration company to start drying out the water. I was reimbursed for the restoration. I feel like they were not looking at us as people when leaving us with no water for a week. They were not hateful or ugly when we spoke to them. There was just a lack of urgency in getting the water turned back on in the house. The plumber that had come out was very prompt and pleasant.

The experience was great. There was no problem. They came on time. Their fee was reasonable. I had no problem since then.

We tried snaking the drain and checking the connections with no luck. Plumber came in and installed a larger diameter pipe on the stack. Old y-connector had a rusted hole in it to so they put a new rubber connector on it that prevented the water from leaking. Everything is working perfect since. Surprised with the price, totally worth it and super fast fix!

We have used this plumber in the past we acceptable results so we thought we would have a plumber come in and fix it once and for all. Before contacting we checked the obvious things, the aerator, the water pressure of other fixtures on the same line, and the connections under the sink. Plumber came out, check all the same things and said we need a new faucet and left, there for 15 minutes. I understand rolling a truck for a service call costs money but this left a bad taste. Called to express our concern and asked person on phone to understand where we were coming from, got nothing but too bad. As us if we want to get a new faucet installed next time instead of leaving us hanging.

called the plumber to come and look at leaks in bathroom. He came promply the same day and fixed them. he was polite and professional. later that day after he had left, was checking out the sinks and found that one of the sinks was still leaking. Called Morningside plumbing back to request that they come back without a second service charge due to them not completely fixing the same problem.The woman on the phone was very rude and uncooperative but agreed. the plumber came back and fixed the problem this time. but blamed our faulty plumbing which he could have changed out the first time around. Than several days later we got another service bill as well as the parts bill. Attempted again to talk to the woman on the phone about the bill, who again was rude, with no ability to change there mind about the bill.
