+ -1 moreI ordered a counter top and one piece came in damaged and the other was cut to the wrong length. They replaced the damaged piece but expect me to pay for the other, pay a 25% restocking fee to return it or cut it to the right length myself or pay a contractor to do it. I will also have to by an end cap for the miss cut piece. My parents had a similar incident with them as well. Horrible experience, Horrible customer service. Would never recommend and will never do business with them again.

Description of Work: I had purchased carpet from Menards and was overwhelmed with the number of choices. I was looking for a quality carpet and requested some information regarding some of the carpets. The sales staff did not seem particularly interested in assisting me with answers. Their lack of knowledge and assistance was disappointing. A few months later, I had called and asked for a carpet layer. This service was super!

+ -1 moreThe carpet looks awesome. They did leave out some razors and we have a two years old.
Description of Work: They did carpet installation. We tore up the old carept and they put in the new carpet. The measurement was off and we didn't have enough. They went and got more and finished it and we didn't have to pay for it.
