+ -1 moreThey broke my pizza stone and failed to tell me. I found it broken next day.
Description of Work: installed new gas range after removing old. After their departure, my caregiver said she smelled gas. She opened several windows and left. I called installer and was told gone and could arrange for service call next day. I called gas co. and they responded and said warnings on their apparatus started to go off outside my house. They came in inspected and shut down gas. Appliance was improperly installed. Called Installer and they came out and fixed it. Said I would not be charged.

+ -1 moreLarry arrived when expected, was very personable and friendly toward me and my dog. He fixed the problem, told me what he was doing and why. The work was efficient, he left no mess (even swept up the crumbs he found under the stove when he pulled it out) and was very good. The oven has worked without issue ever since.
Description of Work: Fixed the heating coil in my oven.
