 + -1 moreThey did excellent. I think they are all universally priced but we were very happy with the work. The price didn't startle me and it was within line of everything else for the product I got. It was done quickly with no problems. They couldn't have been more polite. There was nothing that I was disappointed in. They couldn't have been better and more professional. They answered any questions right away. They were the best. I really don't have anything bad to say about them. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: Ideal Temperature Systems installed a furnace and air conditioner for us.

Description of Work: Furnace was not working in apartment in our home. When we called, he was there in a very short time and fixed what we needed by replacing a part. About a week or two later, it stopped again. We called and he was very punctual. He decided that the first part had not been the problem, so he gave us credit for that work and part and tried something else, which did end up being the problem. I couldn't believe he gave us credit for the first visit. Later in the winter, our furnace would not work, he came out within an hour or two and we had set something against the furnace that kept it from working. He did not charge us for the call. Very nice to deal with. Would highly recommend.
