Description of Work: Very nice man came into the house, introduced himself, took off his work boots. And replaced failed parts inside a stool tank, double checked the function of the stool. Adjusted the flush mechanism in another tank then checked the function of a whirlpool tub ( it's pump and jets)making sure it worked properly.

+ -1 morePlumber was on time, which made me extremely happy, he finished the job in one day. He did have an ipod and sang while he worked but thank goodness his singing wasn't to bad. He cleaned up his mess when he was done so if singing works for him then that's ok by me. The job was done in one day and he cleaned up his mess. That doesn't happen very often. Also after the work was done I was mailed a bill. Most often they want half paid before they start the job and the other half immediately after the job is completed.
Description of Work: Replaced all the pipes in the house. Did not include drains

+ -1 moreMy husband passed in Dec 2011 so we did not put up the lights last year. In Nove 2012 my son and I were putting them up and only the greenery was in the bags. The lights that went around the house were missing. I totally got screwed!!!!
Description of Work: For the past few years we had Foulk put up our Christmas lights and store them. My husband got brain cancer so I called about pricing and she stated it would be about the same as the year prior so I had them go ahead and put up the lights. The bill came and it was $105.00 more than what she had said. I called the office x 3 and left messages. NO ONE returned my call. So I called again and told them to drop off the lights as I was done with them. I came home one day and they were in black garbage bags in the driveway. My husband passed in Dec so I did not put the lights up for the holidays for 2011. In November 2012 my son and I were putting the lights up and only the greenery was in the bags they left.

I had them install a rust inhibitor for my automatic sprinkler.I have used this company for all of my plumbing needs, such as remodeling my bathroom, installing my sprinkler, hot heaters etc.If they do not get it right the first time (which would be unusual) they come back out usually within 24 hours and make sureeverything is correct.Steve is the BEST!
