Description of Work: He cleaned the carpets in living room and bedroom. Was not pleased they didn't look any better than before he came. I think he just sprayed water on the carpets.

+ -1 moreAMAZING! He had come before two years ago when we moved in, and since then we haven't had it done. The carpet was a completely DIFFERENT color! AND smell. We have two dogs and really need to get this done every 6 months.
Description of Work: Klay cleaned the carpets, the stairs, and also the couch.

+ -1 moreOld carpet cleaned up very nice. Evers did a good job, he is very knowledgeable and has been in the carpet cleaning business a long time.
Description of Work: Cleaned ecru carpet in main living areas (I did not want large furniture removed from rooms) of 5 rooms and hallway. I moved small items from rooms and Mr. Evers or I pushed furniture back to walls. Dirt inhibitor can be applied. Equipment is a truck mounted setup. Took about 1.5 hours. Carpet was damp after cleaning but dry in 16 hours.

+ -1 moreMr. Evers, who owns the company, did the service himself. He was very professional and thorough. He was able to schedule me in on short notice due to my work schedule. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in living room, family room and stairs/hallway. He also cleaned several upholstered chairs and couch. He steamed cleaned the grout in the kitchen.

+ -1 moreClay Evers owner operator is always on time, very personable, gets right to work and makes the carpet look like new. We have 3 dogs, and 6 kid's from 9 to 21, and our floors take a beating. Whatever he does, the carpet always looks great and smells wonderful.
