+ -1 moreThe computer broke again shortly after I paid a few hundred to get it fixed. Took it to a different shop and was told they put a used part in, paid for new and didn't do one of the repairs they said they did. Happened with them twice and after asking around found out it happens fairly often.

Description of Work: I could not successfully log into internet without getting an error message. They found I had a virus on my computer and fixed the problem. When I dropped the laptop off, they said they would call me later that afternoon or the next morning with what they found and the cost to fix it but they didn't. I didn't hear back for several days and when I called them back to see what the status was, they told me the laptop was fixed.

Description of Work: They hooked me up with a Dell Inspirion, after my enduring of pain made me neglect my pre-set-up of taking care of fan and soldering. Not a bad service at all, they will do for you. The professionalism is superb.

+ -1 moreoverall it was the best customer service experience i have had in a long time...very nice and professional with great prices too.
Description of Work: my tower on my computer would not turn on and i took it in the shop and explained the problem...they were super nice and had my computer ready the next day...they are the nicest and i have used them twice in the past and every time i have had a positvie experience..
