+ -1 moreCPS was at our house within 1/2 hour of asking for an estimate and professional, but made some overly optimistic projections on installation during peak season. not a big deal, but the issue came up after installation. Corners of the pool liner appear to be too tight and rounded. Left 5 separate messages for Scott to call back-to this date he has never returned any of our calls. They did send a service guy out and he just shrugged his shoulders and pretty much said that's the way it was. Contacted the tech services person for the manufacturer and they agreed to warrantee the liner as is. The manufacture had some suggestions and that was what I wanted to talk with CPS about, but the phone messages went unreturned- thus the review. Part of the deal should be the followup after the sale and CPS gets an "F" on this point. This would likely have been a very different review with simple courtesy from Combined Pool and Spa.
