We originally called Orkin and they came out and gave us an estimate of $4k. We called Allpro and left a message. Fred got back to us right away and we filled him in on what was going on. They came out the same day and identified the potential area where bats could be getting in. They came out and filled in all the potential places where they could be getting in in a matter of hours. The bats fly out and can't come back in. 5 year guarantee this will not reoccur. Overall, a great experience.

We called this company based on other online reviews.  We had bought an older house and we were getting at least one to three bats inside the house beginning in spring/summer each year.  We paid them at least 600.00 and they came out, installed a bat door, and said they would be back after a few weeks to remove the bat door.  They never came back, and we continued seeing bats in the house (my daughter even stepped on one walking up the stairs one night).  We called them again, and they came back out, said there was a problem with the bat door, so they fixed it and said we should no longer have issues.  Wrong.  We called again the next spring multiple times when we again woke up to bats flying around our heads in the middle of night or early evening.  They sent people out again, and on one of the last times they were out, I stood outside and talked to the guy they sent.  He walked all around and climbed up onto our roof and came back down and said he was sorry, but he couldn't see anywhere that they could be getting in.  As I'm standing there, I look up and see a soffit area that looked like it had a gaping hole around the front of the house.  I point it out and ask if it's possible for them to get in through this area.  He said "I doubt it, but I'll go back up and check".  He came down about ten minutes later and said "Ma'am, I think you just solved your own problem.  I think they were getting in through there, so I sealed it all up for you."  Really?!? So, a "trained" professional was unable to see a gaping hole up between our second floor window/soffit that I was able to see from the ground (and I'm near sighted and did not have my contacts in that day).  Yes, they did send someone out each time we called, and they didn't charge us for the repeat visits, but the level of work they did was minimal at most, and the quality was well below the level I would expect for a $600.00 payment.  Knock on wood, we haven't had any more bats, we shall see this spring!!  In the meantime, I've invested in multiple mosquito nets to hang/tuck in around my bed, as well as the others in our house ;).

I used All-Pro Pest Management a few times over the course of three months.  They are reasonably priced and seemed professional at first.  After treating two apartments for me, things began going downhill.  He never showed up on time and often skipped appointments.  He was extremely hard to get in touch with.  I'd have to leave 2-3 messages before ever getting a call returned.  He requires payment up front for bed bug treatment, which requires three treatments, each two weeks apart.  After the second treatment on the last apartment I paid him for, he disappeared.  I've left numerous messages and still have not heard back.  That was over a month ago.  Needless to say, we have since began using another company for all our pest control needs.

Inspection by homeowner after 'clean up' revealed large amounts of bat guana left behind. Damage to ceilings from disinfectant spray and holes caused by workers feet were found. Homeowners were told that health codes were met even though excessive guana was left behind. Holes and stains in ceilings were compensated $100 off the estimated price for bat removal. Homeowners had to finish cleaning the attic before insulation could be replaced. Also had to hire someone to come in and replace ceilings stained and damaged during Allpro's removal process. This cost homeowners well into the thousands of dollars to fix the damage and the smell from the guana left behind. We would never hire or recommend this company.  For the amount of money paid we felt the job should have been a complete removal of guana with no damage to our home from the removal process.

They completely botched the job. The came and did the work and told me there would be no chance of any bats getting in the living area of our house.  That night, we had numerous bats flying around in the living area of the house. We had to deal with 20 or more bats flying around and hiding in the living area of our house for the next several days. When I complained, he refused to give even a partial refund. We finally got rid of all the bats and they came back to "finish" the job and (supposedly) permanently seal the openings where the bats were coming and going. The work was supposedly guaranteed for life. However, he wouldn't give me a copy of the paper work I signed--always had some excuse why I didn't get it. This summer, we have bats back in the upper parts of the house. This guy refuses to even return my phone calls. The guarantee is apparently worthless. DON'T USE THIS GUY FOR BATS, YOU'LL REGRET IT.
