+ -1 moreIf I could zero stars I would. Mishandling of our dishwasher ruined our floor and caused thousands of dollars to repair our floor. Due to multiple visits and several misdiagnosis and poor handling the dishwasher continued to leak. We have video, we have pictures of the leaking and damage and we tried to work with their insurance. They put the blame elsewhere and did not own their part! Very hard to get a hold of, did not own up to their responsibility and all around horrible experience!!

+ -1 moreWe needed and still need our dishwasher fixed. This place is so unprofessional! We were “on the schedule” now twice and they never showed up, no calls, nothing! The lady who does answer the phone is beyond rude. If you want your stuff fixed this is NOT the place!

Description of Work: Part of American Home Shield insurance services. Al was very trustworthy, but the other two that did the work were a little sloppy in their finish work on the new furnace.

+ -1 moreIt was terrible. Problem was never resolved and cost us a lot of money in higher utility bills. They had 4 or different technicians out and NNE of them knew what they were doing.
Description of Work: They were sent to us by the home warranty company to fix our furnace that was continuously running. They were out 5 or 6 times starting in October and the problem was never resolved. Finally the warranty company sent another contractor who found and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. AJ Sales had been adjusting the limits of the furnace in the wrong direction. This caused the furnace to overheat and the fan to run continuously. Would never recommend them for ant type of work.
