Im 33 yrs old have a ton of talent been in construction ive been in feild my entire life i have a degree in construction management. I will impress the pickiest of homeowners. i bid the job and I complete the job to specify what the contract states. no subs, no crews, no hidden fees, shoot me an email with the scope of work a time frame and a budget. I can give rough estimate without being onsite. Then follow up with a on-site accurate estimate if you decide I'm the guy for the job.
