Every job is unique! I'm not here to say im the best or the cheapest. I'm reliable and professional im on sight from start to finish. I take the budget seriously. Im 33 yrs old have a ton of talent been in construction ive been in feild my entire life i have a degree in construction management. I will impress the pickiest of homeowners. i bid the job and I complete the job to specify what the contract states. no subs, no crews, no hidden fees, shoot me an email with the scope of work a time frame and a budget. I can give rough estimate without being onsite. Then follow up with a on-site accurate estimate if you decide I'm the guy for the job. "Terrible service, our front was sinking due to our fireplace. We got a quote ($28,000), for their "patented" footings - enormous metal poles under each of the house supports for the front. Pretty slick snowjob, they quoted us 3 days but took 5. They dumped all the concrete they removed in the backyard without asking and left an enormous hole in the front of the house where the fireplace is. When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."
