+ -1 moreNever came to door to acknowledge he was here. Saw on security cameras that he was here less than 10 minutes. Charged us $110 just for labor which equals $11 PER MINUTE. Then we got another $10 GAS fee for the 8 blocks they drove here. Plus the part which is fine. But the labor is extremely high and the gas? Really. This is the reason consumers are not supporting small local business owners….we won’t with Sioux City Sprinklers.

+ -1 moreThey were great to work with.? Tori was very courteous and responsive on the phone, as was everyone I spoke with.? The estimator who came out looked at my yard and plumbing and explained everything they were looking at.? When it was time to install (due to timing and weather, almost 6 months after initial estimate), they called and scheduled time that worked for me.? Installers arrived when they said they were going to, and completed installation in the amount of time they promised.? Work was done completely and professionally.? The installer took the time to go over everything that they did and showed me how to use the equipment, even offered recommendations on when/how much to water!? I would highly recommend Sioux City Sprinkler to anyone who asked.

Description of Work: We shopped around for prices- we needed to put in a sprinkler system and they gave us the best price for the most complete system. When they were done, there were some areas that weren't getting well watered and we brought it to their attention and they returned promptly and took care of all of our concerns- would recommend.
